Public Conference: Prevention for Healthy Ageing

Ageing is a natural part of life. But how can we preserve our health, independence and quality of life as the years go by? What can we do today to stay fit and enjoy healthy ageing tomorrow?

Physical activity, nutrition, sleep, prevention, cardiovascular health, vision, balance and mental health: many factors play an essential role in maintaining our health and independence as we age.

Because prevention also means giving ourselves every opportunity to age well, Clinique de Genolier, Clinique de Montchoisi, Clinique Générale-Beaulieu and Clinique Valmont are joining forces to offer a conference dedicated to the key factors for healthy ageing.

Through the perspectives of healthcare professionals, this event will provide a better understanding of what we can do, at any age, to preserve our health capital and age in good health and full vitality.
