83.2 per cent of our patients would recommend us – ANQ Prems survey results

From 15 September to 15 November 2025, ANQ-Prem’s acute inpatient care was assessed at 20 of our locations. 2,731 patients responded – a response rate of 37 per cent, higher than the national average.

The result?  83.2% of our patients would recommend us to others. 85.8% rated their overall experience as the best possible.

We see these positive results as recognition of our staff’s daily commitment. They show that professional quality, personalised care and respectful treatment are recognised and valued.

At the same time, such surveys are not an end in themselves for us. They help us to listen carefully, to continuously develop our services and to improve in areas where there is still potential for growth.

High quality is reflected in key performance indicators. However, it is also reflected in how people experience their treatment and their stay with us. For us, the two go hand in hand.
