ROSA®

The ROSA® robot assists the surgeon in knee surgery and in the insertion of knee prostheses and enables more precise surgery and more accurate positioning of the prosthesis.

What is the ROSA® robot?

ROSA® (Robotic Surgery Assistant) collects precise data and numerous details related to the patient's anatomy before and during orthopaedic knee replacement surgery.

Thanks to highly sensitive sensors, the ROSA® robot knows in real time where and how the knee is positioned. The patient's personalised data is available to the doctor digitally on the display throughout the operation. Compared to conventional methods, the implant can be positioned even more precisely and less strain is placed on the knee. Patients are thus able to return to everyday life more quickly.
