Stanley Hautdidier

After training as an engineer and completing a master’s degree in management, Stanley Hautdidier worked as a sales manager at a German MedTech company. He then joined a private clinic in Geneva as Director of Medical Affairs in charge of revenues. He also set up and grew an architecture and engineering firm specialising in healthcare, which he directed until September 2019.

He joined the Swiss Medical Network as manager of the Genolier Innovation Hub In 2019, and was appointed operations manager in April 2021, then made managing director in December 2021.

Aurélie Meynet

After training as a nurse and completing a CAS in oncology, Ms Meynet began her career at the Clinique de Genolier in 2005. Ms Meynet occupied the post of head nurse of the ambulatory oncology unit, followed by that of assistant healthcare manager, before being appointed healthcare manager. With her CAS in proximity management and CAS in public and private healthcare facilities management, Aurélie Meynet was in charge of medical projects for the clinics of the Swiss Medical Network in the canton of Vaud in 2020.

In December 2021, she took on the role of operations manager.

His 12 years in the insurance industry enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.

Dr Lang, a specialist in internal medicine, defended his doctorate in medicine in 2004 at the University of Strasbourg, where he also obtained a Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées (DES) in public health medicine and a DESC in geriatrics.

His career path led him to work as Head of Clinic and Senior Lecturer at the HUG and the University of Geneva, then as Assistant Doctor at the CHUV and Senior Lecturer and Senior Lecturer (MER 1) at the University of Lausanne. He was an associate professor at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (UK).

Dr Lang is renowned for his multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary expertise, particularly in the field of care for vulnerable and elderly populations.

Philippe Glasson studied medicine in Geneva and is a qualified specialist in internal medicine and nephrology. A member of various specialist medical organizations, he has been working for the Clinique de Genolier since 1984. At Swiss Medical Network he is Chairman of the Medical Coordination Group and delegate for the medical affairs.

Maria held the position of Clinical Reference Nurse in acute care surgery and urology at Nyon Hospital for 10 years, before moving on to become Coordinator of the Surgery Department.
These experiences have shaped her in-depth understanding of the clinical and organisational challenges that teams face on a daily basis.
With her solid experience, Maria Bogaru completed her studies with a CAS in «Leadership & Proximity Management» in 2022. Her career path bears witness to her passion for continuous improvement in healthcare.
