Glen George has been responsible for the two Swiss Medical Network Pyramide Klinik am See and Privat Clinic Bethanien as General Manager since November 2021. After studying economics at the University of Zurich, Glen Gorge's career initially took him to the automotive industry, where he held various management positions in marketing and sales. Since 2018, he has been working for the Pyramide Clinic, where he was initially the project manager of a new construction project before taking over the management of the clinic in 2020 and successfully integrating it into the Swiss Medical Network as of Juli 1, 2021.

Nick Müller

Nick Müller has been working for Swiss Medical Network since 2018 and took over the position as Executive Assistant at Privatklinik Belair in 2019. His last position was as Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator over the ZH/SH/SG region. In February 2023, he joined the management of Privatklinik Bethanien and, as Head of Central Services, organises scheduling and invoicing.

Medical leadership  

As a guarantor of the spirit of excellence at Privatklinik Bethanien, the Medical Director is the contact person for the cantonal health authorities. It is therefore their job to ensure that the activities of the clinic and the quality of the medical and paramedical teams correspond to the level of demand and performance that prevails in the best medical facilities. They advise the Board of Directors and the Management Board on medical matters, taking into account new scientific and medical findings and developments. They are therefore informed of important medical projects and plans of the management or the board of directors and they are involved in the decision-making process.

They also ensure that the comfort and quality of care are commensurate with surgical or medical treatment that meets the highest standards. Ultimately, they are always ready to listen to the staff in order to provide them with support and assistance.

Management of the operating theatre

The highly qualified and specialised team in the operating theatre works in accordance with the latest hygienic standards and attends regular training courses in order to provide treatment to patients in the operating theatre in an indication-appropriate, planned and structured manner.

The professional, competent and respectful care of patients throughout their stay in the operating theatre is our top priority. The interdisciplinary interplay of the various professional groups, such as technical surgical care, positioning care, anaesthesia care and doctors, helps to ensure that you feel comfortable and receive the best possible care throughout the surgical procedure.
