Swiss Visio's mission is to promote a strong network of well-trained doctors throughout Switzerland.
To achieve this mission, a strong leadership and a good organisation are needed to represent the interests of the different network players internally and externally.
(*1968) After training and further education in business and health economics, he was head of administration at Hôpital Daler in Fribourg and administrator of a foundation for mentally and psychologically disabled people. In 2007 he became Director of the Clinique Générale in Fribourg and in 2017 he was the director of Clinique de Genolier and the Clinique de Montchoisi. Now, he is a member of the General Management of Swiss Medical Network.
After her training as a nurse in CHUV and benefiting from more than 25 years of experience in the field of health and patient support, Flavia Botticini began her career at Clinique de Montchoisi in 2002. In 2004, she actively participated in the creation of the ophthalmology department. In 2013, she was responsible of international medical coordination and in 2019 became deputy director of Clinique de Montchoisi and Swiss Visio.
In 2020, Flavia Botticini was promoted to Operational Director for Swiss Visio.
Ornella Marroni holds a degree in social and medical-social institution management, with a specialisation in hospital administration and management. She has over 30 years of experience in clinic management and the development of medical facilities in Switzerland and abroad.
Since 2021, she has been the administrative director of the Swiss Visio network, where she oversees strategy, human resources and billing. She is also the founder of the NGO Eye Do It, which is active in the prevention of blindness in low-income countries.
Ennio Roggo (1991) holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (University of Fribourg), a Master's degree in Business Management (University of St. Gallen) and a CAS in Health Management (University of Neuchâtel). He speaks German, French and English.
He worked at Pallas Kliniken AG as a project manager and assistant to the COO. Since 2020, he has been deputy director at Swiss Visio AG and, since 2025, he has also been head of purchasing for ophthalmology products.
