Physical conditioning encompasses all training methods aimed at developing essential physical qualities: strength, speed, endurance and flexibility.
It involves designing personalised programmes tailored to the specific sport, the individual’s level and their goals.
Based on sports science (physiology, biomechanics, anatomy and psychology), physical conditioning ensures safe, effective and scientifically validated training. It helps to optimise performance whilst reducing the risk of injury.
It also plays a key role in return-to-sport programmes and rehabilitation following injury. Through specific, progressive protocols, it supports a safe return to sport, promotes optimal recovery and minimises the risk of recurrence.
The programme begins with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your fitness level, identify your needs and set specific goals. This assessment enables us to create a bespoke, progressive and safe training programme.
Sessions, lasting around an hour, can be held individually or in small groups. They are varied, dynamic and adapted to your progress to ensure lasting results whilst keeping training enjoyable.
