Swiss Medical Network strengthens its governance and creates the Arc Lémanique region

Genolier, 9 December 2025 – With effect from 1 January 2026, Swiss Medical Network will further develop its organisation in order to strengthen its corporate governance and more closely structure the development of its activities, particularly in the Lake Geneva region (Arc Lémanique).

The Executive Board will be strengthened by the arrival of Vincent Michellod, currently Director of Clinique Générale-Beaulieu and the Geneva region. He will join Dino Cauzza, Chief Executive Officer, Pietro Fabrizio, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Prof. Oscar Matzinger, Chief Medical Officer, on the Group's Executive Committee. «The appointment of Vincent Michellod to the Executive Board reflects our desire to align strategic decisions even more closely with practice and medical realities,» emphasises Dino Cauzza, Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Medical Network.

In addition, Esthelle le Gallic de Kerizouët, CEO of VIVA Health, is joining the extended General Management team due to the national prioritisation of integrated care regions.

In this context, Nello Castelli will leave Swiss Medical Network to take on responsibility for public affairs and membership of the Executive Board at Pharmasuisse, the Swiss Pharmacists Association. Since 2013, Nello Castelli has held key positions on the Swiss Medical Network Executive Board and contributed to the development of institutional relations, internal communication, training and quality of care. Swiss Medical Network would like to thank Mr Castelli for his commitment and important contribution to the Group and wishes him all the best for his future career.

As he has always worked directly with the President, his duties will now be taken over by Raymond Loretan in consultation with the Executive Board to ensure continuity in institutional relations and representation of the group. «We would like to thank Nello Castelli for his great commitment. Swiss Medical Network's vision and strategic direction remain unchanged: we will continue to engage in a demanding, constructive and transparent dialogue with our institutional partners,»  explains Raymond Loretan.

At the same time, Swiss Medical Network is adapting the structure of its regions to promote strategic coherence and proximity to local stakeholders. The Vaud and Geneva regions will thus be merged into a new entity, the «Arc Lémanique,»  region. Stanley Hautdidier, currently General Manager of the Clinique de Genolier and the Vaud region, will be appointed to head this new region.

The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu will also undergo a change in management. The appointment of a new director will be submitted to the company's board of directors for approval and announced shortly.

These organisational changes will enable better coordination between the regions, strengthen operational and medical management, and more effectively support the development of strategic projects serving patients and care partners. This restructuring was confirmed by the Swiss Medical Network board of directors at its meeting on Tuesday, 9 December.
