Our sports instructors, specialized in Adapted Physical Activity (APA), offer you 100% personalized one-to-one coaching, adapted to all levels and ages.

Together, you'll work towards your goals through targeted training sessions.

Group courses

Weekly program:

• Tuesdays, 8.30am to 9.30am: Qi gong, traditional Chinese gymnastics combining slow movements, breathing exercises and concentration.
• Thursdays from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m.: Muscular strengthening, various physical exercises combined to optimize your health.
• Price: CHF 30/course

Free access to the muscle-building area

Bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and Kinesis, as well as a full range of body-building accessories, are at your disposal in an exclusive, private setting.
