Nutrition and dietetics consultations and follow-up in Montreux town centre

The Valmont Centre for Physical and Cognitive Therapy is opening a nutrition and dietetics clinic in Montreux town centre.

  • Improving your diet
  • Rebalancing your diet
  • Losing or gaining weight
  • Special diets such as vegetarian or vegan
  • Monitoring a medical condition such as diabetes, malnutrition, cardiovascular disease, allergy or intolerance
  • Follow-up during pregnancy
  • Physical goals
  • Sporting objectives

Consultations last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. The aim of the first appointment is to carry out a full assessment: history, pathologies, characteristics, weight history, eating habits and lifestyle. Based on the patient's needs, realistic and progressive follow-up objectives will be set.

Covered by insurance

Nutrition consultations are reimbursed by basic health insurance on the basis of a dietetic prescription filled in by your doctor. What's more, some supplementary insurers will pay for dietary consultations without a prescription.

  • 1st consultation: CHF 99.00
  • Follow-up consultations: CHF 77
