Dr Audrey Weaver settles in at the Valmont Centre for Physical and Cognitive Therapy
We would like to welcome Dr Audrey Weaver, FMH specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr Audrey Weaver obtained her medical degree from the University of Strasbourg in 2015, followed by the title of FMH specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2022. She worked as Assistant Head of Clinic in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the HFR, and since 2021 she has worked as Head of Clinic in the Neurorehabilitation Department at the Clinique Romande de Réadaptation in Sion.
On 22 February, she set up her private practice at the Valmont Centre for Physical and Cognitive Therapies.
Her specialities
- Injection of botulinum toxin under ultrasound guidance and electrostimulation for spasticity
- Monitoring of intrathecal Baclofen pumps
- Assessment of deficiencies related to pathologies of the central and peripheral nervous systems
- Assessment and advice on fittings and footwear for the neurological foot
- Assessment and management of hemiplegic shoulders
