Discovering management: first module for Entrepreneur du futur

Our «Entrepreneur du futur» programme is once again welcoming talented young people from various Swiss Medical Network clinics this year. After an initial meeting during Inspiration Day, where they learned about the objectives and philosophy of this training programme, our participants began their course today with the first module at the Clinique de Valère:  local management.

Alongside Anne Gillioz, Operational Director of the Clinique de Valère and Director of the Academy, they explored the many facets of management: giving meaning, embodying an inspiring attitude and supporting teams on a daily basis. Practical workshops, discussions and role-playing exercises allowed them to test, reflect on and project themselves into the role of manager.

This first stage will be followed by a week-long immersion in the daily life of a clinic management team, where they will be able to experience this role in one of our clinics and draw inspiration from the practices of our experienced managers.

The «Entrepreneur du futur» programme continues to prepare the talents of tomorrow, combining practical learning, experience sharing and personalised support. On to the next module!
