New Medical Director at Clinique Valmont
After obtaining her medical degree from the University of Strasbourg in 2015, Dr. Audrey Weaver earned her FMH specialist title in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2022. She worked as Deputy Head Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at HFR before joining the Neurorehabilitation Department of the Clinique romande de réadaptation in Sion in 2021. There, she held the positions of Chief Resident Physician, then Associate Physician and Medical Lead for Neurorehabilitation Research. She also represents neurorehabilitation within the Stroke Unit at HRC in Rennaz.
Since February 2024, she has been consulting at Valmont’s Physical and Cognitive Therapy Center. In September 2025, she took on the role of Head of Medical Projects at Clinique Valmont. In May 2026, she was appointed Medical Director of Clinique Valmont.
Under her leadership, several new initiatives are being launched at Clinique Valmont to address identified needs on the Riviera region:
- Fampridine treatment for patients with multiple sclerosis
- New multidisciplinary consultation service for orthotic and prosthetic devices
- Botulinum toxin injections for pain management
She has also contributed to the recruitment of a new medical team in order to further develop the clinic’s healthcare services and clinical expertise.
