On 5 and 6 November 2026, the Swiss Medical Network invites you to the Swiss Medical Network – Mayo Clinic Oncology Summit 2026 at the Genolier Innovation Hub. This two-day international conference will bring together renowned experts from the Mayo Clinic with leading Swiss oncologists to shape the future of cancer treatment.
The event will focus on three key themes:
- Precision diagnostics and personalised treatment planning – including liquid biopsy for lung cancer, new definitions of HER2 as a therapeutic target, and theranostics
- Continuity of care throughout the patient journey – such as minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma, the role of the advanced practice nurse, and cancer survivorship
- Therapeutic innovation and personalised therapies – ranging from vaccination strategies and the conservative management of rectal cancer to ablative radiotherapy
Speakers include experts from the Mayo Clinic as well as leading representatives of the Swiss Medical Network, amongst them Prof. Oscar Matzinger (CMO), Dr Jacques Bernier (Chief Science Officer) and Prof. Lana Kandalaft.
