2026 Swiss Visio Network Ophthalmology Symposium

Swiss Visio Network is delighted to invite you to the latest edition of its Ophthalmology Symposium, which will take place on Saturday 31 October 2026 at the Genolier Innovation Hub in Genolier.

Under the theme ‘Conducting Innovation in Ophthalmology’, this one-day event will bring together Swiss and international experts to discuss the latest clinical, technological and scientific advances that are shaping the future of ophthalmology.
Organised in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic, this symposium will feature a multidisciplinary scientific programme combining lectures, knowledge-sharing sessions and clinical case presentations. 

The programme will focus in particular on the following topics:

• Glaucoma
• Oculoplastic surgery
• Cornea and refractive surgery
• Neuro-ophthalmology
• Strabismus
• Uveitis
• Medical retina
• Surgical retina
• Clinical cases

6 credits – Swiss Optom
8 credits – Swiss Society of Ophthalmology (SSO)

Attendance is free of charge, but registration is compulsory as places are limited.
The main language of the symposium will be English. A simultaneous interpretation service will also be provided, enabling participants to follow the presentations in French and German.
The day will conclude with a cocktail reception, offering a special opportunity for networking among experts, speakers, partners and participants.
