Dr Adrien D'Ambrosio specialised in orthopaedic surgery and lower-limb trauma at Strasbourg University Hospital. He subsequently became a university clinical fellow in the hip and knee joint replacement surgery unit, where he developed expertise in minimally invasive surgery, computer-assisted surgery and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS).
In 2023, Dr D'Ambrosio joined the Établissements Hospitaliers du Nord Vaudois (eHnv). He was appointed Associate Consultant in 2024, taking responsibility for conservative, reconstructive and joint replacement surgery of the knee.
In 2025, he joined the prestigious Centre Orthopédique Santy in Lyon, a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence. There, he further developed his expertise in conservative and reconstructive knee surgery and hip arthroscopy.
Since 2026, Dr D'Ambrosio has been working independently in Lausanne and Vevey. He treats lower-limb conditions related to sports activities as well as degenerative conditions. He is also accredited at Clinique de Montchoisi and Clinique de Genolier.
