Socio-aesthetic workshop
Socio-aesthetics is a therapeutic approach offering adapted beauty and skincare treatments to individuals affected by illness, medical treatments, trauma, aging, or those in a situation of emotional or social vulnerability. It provides a gentle way to reconnect with body image, restore self-confidence, and support emotional well-being.
Our monthly self-confidence group workshops are based on active listening, respect for each participant’s journey, and caring gestures that promote physical and emotional wellness. Guided by our certified socio-aesthetic practitioner, participants are invited to take part in a moment of self-care and support, especially helpful during or after medical treatments such as cancer therapy.
Each workshop explores a different theme — facial care, hand care, makeup, eye beauty, self-massage, and more — to help participants reclaim their image and feel good in their skin.
Socio-aesthetics is part of a holistic care approach, complementing medical or psychological support, and aims to improve quality of life and restore a sense of dignity and comfort.
These socio-aesthetic workshops are designed for anyone going through a time of physical, psychological, or social vulnerability. They are particularly suitable for individuals undergoing or recovering from medical treatment, including those affected by cancer, or navigating life transitions. Open to all genders and ages.

Yes, socio-aesthetic workshops are especially beneficial for individuals affected by cancer, whether during or after treatment. They support body image recovery, boost self-esteem, and help participants reconnect positively with their appearance.
No major contraindications exist. All treatments are adapted to the participant's health condition. If needed, it’s recommended to discuss any concerns with the socio-aesthetician or a healthcare provider beforehand.
For the time being, the sessions offered at our centre are group sessions. If you are interested in individual support, our therapist offers one-to-one image coaching sessions.
