Work Experience

Following his university studies, which began in 2005, Dr Öztürk obtained his federal medical diploma in 2012. He completed his training in orthopaedic surgery and locomotor traumatology from 2012 to 2022 at Geneva University Hospitals.

He was able to develop his expertise in shoulder and elbow surgery, in particular by working for five years as head of the shoulder and elbow team. He has also been involved in training medical students and supervising young doctors at the start of their training.

In 2022, he wrote a thesis that earned him the academic title of Doctor of Medicine.

Since May 2022, he has taken over Dr Laurencet's practice and works independently in Carouge.
