Brian A. Costello, M.D., Medical Director, International Advisory Services, Mayo Clinic​

 Brian A. Costello, M.D. is the Medical Director of Mayo Clinic's International Consulting Services. He oversees global partnership activities, providing strategic guidance and support to international members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. He also led the Center for Connected Care, responsible for integrating technology into patient care pathways.

A specialist in genitourinary cancers, Brian A. Costello, M.D. practices at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he serves as a professor of oncology and urology, as well as a medical oncology consultant. He chairs the working group on urologic tumors and focuses his clinical work on kidney, bladder, and testicular cancers.

Actively involved in clinical research, he is the principal investigator of a joint project with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and contributes to several national committees of the National Cancer Institute and the NCCN, specializing in early-phase clinical trials. Brian A. Costello, M.D. is also dedicated to training future generations of physicians at Mayo Clinic.

Fabrice Zumbrunnen, Delegate of the Board, Swiss Medical Network

 Fabrice Zumbrunnen is an economist by training and has dedicated most of his career to the Migros Group, where he served as CEO for five years. During his tenure, he also chaired several major companies such as Digitec Galaxus, Denner, Migros Bank, and Hotelplan, and played a key role in shaping the group's medical development strategy since 2001.

Today, Fabrice Zumbrunnen serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swiss Medical Network Holding SA and Chairman of Swiss Medical Network Holdings SA, where he chairs or sits on the boards of numerous entities within the network. He is also active in several Swiss companies in the healthcare, technology, and services sectors. In addition, Fabrice Zumbrunnen is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Stryber and Managing Partner of FZ Business Perspectives Sàrl.

Dino Cauzza, CEO, Swiss Medical Network

 Dino Cauzza holds a degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen and is a certified public accountant. He has extensive experience in the Swiss healthcare sector, notably with the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC), where he held key positions in internal auditing and later as CFO.

Since 2017, Dino Cauzza has served on the boards of several clinics in Ticino before being appointed CEO of Swiss Medical Network on May 1, 2018. He is also a member of the board of H+ The Hospitals of Switzerland, where he actively advocates for the interests of private healthcare.

Prof. Jacques Bernier, M.D., Chief Science Officer, Swiss Medical Network

 Prof. Jacques Bernier, M.D., a specialist in radiation oncology and nuclear medicine trained at the University of Liège, is the Chief Science Officer at Swiss Medical Network. He led the radiation oncology department at the Clinique de Genolier and the Eaux-Vives Oncology Center (2006–2019), as well as the Genolier Cancer Center. A Privat-Docent at the University of Geneva until 2018 and president of the ICTR conferences, his career is closely tied to translational and clinical research. A recipient of the Yalow-Berson Award (1993) and the Claudius Regaud Medal from ESTRO (2010), he also served as president of EURAMA (2016–2019). He is the author or co-author of over 140 scientific publications and 200 communications.

Babs Siclet, CEO, GENOLIER PATIENT SERVICES

 Coming from the hospitality sector, Babs Siclet held various positions in prestigious hotels in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. She joined Swiss Medical Network in 2007, starting her career at Clinique Valmont, where she was appointed Director in 2010. In 2013, Babs Siclet also took on the role of Director of Patient Services and became a member of the Group Executive Committee. In 2018, she left Clinique Valmont to become CEO of GENOLIER PATIENT SERVICES, the international division of Swiss Medical Network.

Philippe Glasson, M.D., Chief Medical Officer & Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Swiss Medical Network

 Philippe Glasson, M.D. studied medicine in Geneva and earned his specialization in internal medicine and nephrology. He completed additional training in London before continuing his academic career as a lecturer at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG). Affiliated with various specialized medical organizations, he served as Chief Physician of Clinique de Genolier from 1985 to 2025. During his tenure, he developed an internal medicine department and practiced advanced medicine, including kidney transplantation between 1987 and 1990.

At Swiss Medical Network, he is Chairman of the Medical Coordination Group, which he founded in 2010, and serves as Delegate for Medical Affairs.
He has also been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swiss Medical Network since 2010.

Prof. Pierre-Olivier Lang, M.D., Specialist in internal medicine, Clinique de Genolier

 Prof. Pierre-Olivier Lang, M.D. is a specialist in Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Geriatrics, and Gerontology.​ Since 2025, he has also served as Medical Director of Clinique de Genolier, where he has been practicing since 2019.​ He studied medicine at the University of Strasbourg, completed his training in Biostatistics at the University of Kremlin-Bicêtre in Paris, and earned his PhD from the University of Reims.​ He continued his clinical career at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) as Chief Resident and Scientific Chief Resident, before becoming Associate Physician at CHUV. Prof. Pierre-Olivier Lang, M.D. has been a Privatdozent (Senior Lecturer) at the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne and later an Associate Professor at Cranfield and Anglia Ruskin Universities in England.​

Actively engaged in research, he has collaborated with the WHO and several research teams in the field of aging. His main areas of interest include vaccine response, physical activity and sports, frailty and its prevention, the role of vitamin D in immunity, and the management of polypharmacy. Prof. Pierre-Olivier Lang, M.D. is the author of numerous scientific publications.​

PD. Aude Ambresin, M.D., Specialist in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery, Head of the Medical Retina Unit and Research Center, Swiss Visio Montchoisi

 PD. Aude Ambresin, M.D. is a retina specialist and ophthalmic surgeon certified by the Swiss Medical Association (FMH). She is an expert in medical retina and ocular imaging, with recognized specialization in age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye diseases, and vascular retinal diseases. After training in ophthalmology and surgery at the Jules-Gonin Eye Hospital in Lausanne, she completed a fellowship in medical retina at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London under Professor Alan Bird. She later served as senior physician and co-head of the medical retina unit at Jules-Gonin from 2004 to 2019. 

PD. Ambresin, M.D. is a Privat Docent at the University of Lausanne, where she also teaches medical students, organizes congresses, and lectures internationally. She holds a CAS in hospital management from the University of Neuchâtel and currently leads the Medical Retina Unit at Swiss Visio Lausanne. Author of numerous scientific publications and a member of several international retina societies, she founded the Swiss Visio Retina Research Center in 2022, contributing actively to international clinical trials and research in retinal diseases.
