Book an appointment

Your check-up will consist of two appointments spread over two half-days. Please use the form below to book your first appointment.

As soon as we receive your registration, our medical coordinator will contact you to make your programme. During this discussion, the date of the second appointment will be arranged, according to your convenience and the availability of our doctors. 
 

What happens at these two appointments?

The first appointment is devoted to analyses, radiological examinations and a general assessment of your state of health.

The second appointment is devoted to medical consultations and detailed results of the analyses.

We recommend to use your private e-mail address.

As per Swiss law, HIV analysis can only be carried out with the consent of the concerned person.

The thoracic CT-scan is a non-invasive examination, involving minimal irradiation. Like X-rays, CT is a technology that uses X-rays to examine most parts of the body, producing images in thin sections.
It is recommended that smokers and ex-smokers under the age of 50 have this examination.

The Swiss Cancer Screening federation, and experts in Switzerland and abroad recommend that women aged between 50 and 74 have a mammogram every two years.

The first appointment will be dedicated to an analysis and general assessment of your health.
Note: this is a reference starting time. The exact hour of arrival at the clinic will be communicated to you, with additional preparation details.
As a reminder, your 2nd appointment will be scheduled with our medical coordinator.

Note regarding appointments scheduled at 1:00 PM: to ensure optimal conditions for your examination, it is essential to remain fasting for three hours prior to your appointment.

Your private postal address is only used to send the medical report.

Please note that all correctly completed forms will be confirmed by an e-mail from the Clinique de Montchoisi.
