Book an appointment

Your check-up will consist of two appointments spread over two half-days. Please use the form below to book your first appointment.

As soon as we receive your registration, our medical coordinator will contact you to make your programme. During this discussion, the date of the second appointment will be arranged, according to your convenience and the availability of our doctors. 
 

What happens at these two appointments?

The first appointment is devoted to analyses and a general assessment of your state of health.

The second appointment is devoted to medical consultations and detailed results of the analyses.

If you have another gender identity and require clarifications around how these health checks will apply to you, please reach out to ohoffmann@montchoisi.ch.

We recommend to use your private e-mail address.

As per Swiss law, HIV analysis can only be carried out with the consent of the concerned person.

The first appointment will be dedicated to an analysis and general assessment of your health.
Note: this is a reference starting time. The exact hour of arrival at the clinic will be communicated to you, with additional preparation details.
As a reminder, your 2nd appointment will be scheduled with our medical coordinator.

Your private postal address is only used to send the medical report.

Please note that all correctly completed forms will be confirmed by an e-mail from the Clinique de Montchoisi.
If this is not the case, we ask you to ensure that all the fields on the form have been filled in.

Andrea Savelieff ist Absolventin eines Brevet de technicien supérieur en management hôtelier und hatte verschiedene Positionen in der Luxushotellerie inne, unter anderem als Guest Relation Manager im "Beau-Rivage Palace" in Lausanne. Im Jahr 2018 kam sie als Leiterin der Patientenbetreuung zur Clinique de Montchoisi und wurde 2021 zur stellvertretenden Direktorin ernannt.
