Swiss Medical Network Management Academy

The Swiss Medical Network Management Academy trains young employees, supports them in their further development within the Group and promotes innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

The directors of the clinics have selected 8 young talents to participate in a 24-month programme. During this time, they will gain insights into the various areas of the Swiss Medical Network, including management, nursing, labour law, finance and language courses to underline the multilingual nature of the company. Accompanied by a mentor, they will have the opportunity to discover other clinics and work in interdisciplinary groups, ultimately broadening their skills.

The programme aims to prepare them and give them the skills they need to take up positions of responsibility within Swiss Medical Network.

Inauguration of the Academy at the Inspiration Day on 21 November 2023

The Swiss Medical Network Management Academy was inaugurated on 21 November during the Inspiration Day held at the Bellevue Palace in Berne. This is the first stage in the training and development programme that our 8 young employees will be following over the next 24 months.
A discussion followed by a speed dating event, attended by members of the Board of Directors and Management of Swiss Medical Network, provided the setting for dynamic and enriching exchanges between seasoned entrepreneurs and young talents, exploring aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation in the healthcare sector. These discussions have undoubtedly inspired Swiss Medical Network's Entrepreneurs du futur, who have already developed several innovative ideas and projects for the sector.
